Take your athletic performance to the next level with a personalized training program tailored to your hockey program with Gosia. Include 6 X Coaching sessions one-to-one sessions ‘a 1x 60 minutes on-line or physical.
Program Components:
Initial Assessment: We'll assess your current condition and hockey level, discuss the level of demands, and set clear performance goals.
Customized Training Plan: I'll design a targeted workout regimen focusing on strength, agility, speed, and endurance, specific to your sport.
Hockey-Specific Drills: Incorporate sport-specific drills and exercises to improve skills crucial to your performance.
Weekly Coaching Sessions: We'll meet weekly for in-person or on-line Coaching sessions to ensure proper program and progression.
Recovery Strategies: Learn effective recovery techniques to prevent injuries and optimize performance.
Duration: Typically a 3 month program, with the option to extend for ongoing support.
This program will help you build the strength, agility, and endurance needed to excel in your sport, ultimately enhancing your performance and competitiveness.
